**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

The CT Technologist performs a variety of computerized tomographic procedures under the supervision of the Radiologist, utilizing knowledge of ionizing radiation and computer techniques. Our CT Tech demonstrates concern for patients and co-workers at all times. A CT Technologist is one who has successfully acquired certification in CT.

**EDUCATION:**

- Graduate from a school of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). CT certification is required.
- This position requires verification of your college transcript. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited for an interview.

**SCHEDULE:**

The standard shift for this position is 10am-8pm on weekdays, and weekend shifts are 3pm-1am. Every other weekend is required. While call is not required at this time, this may change if the need arises.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, the CT team performs specialized exams for all certifications, including Cardiac, TAVI, and research. We use Philips scanners, Epic EMR, and Visage for a PACS system.
