JoB Description:
The Sr Quality Officer directs operational, financial management, and personnel resources for Quality Performance, Accreditation/Licensing, Patient Relations, Infection Prevention, Policy and Procedure Process Management, and Patient Safety using an Enterprise/Systems approach. They facilitate hospital-wide quality management programs, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate risk management activities, and oversee the Medical Staff Peer Review process. This role reports directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
